About our club

The Pacific Islanders’ Club (PIC) is a cultural organization located at California State University, Chico. Our Mission is to highlight the richness of Pasifika culture through education, cultural awareness, service, and social activities.

How we'll use your gift

The donations will be used to host cultural events, gatherings and to expand our performances to include and celebrate as many Pasifika cultures as possible.

Support ACS: Student Chapter

Pasifika individuals compose roughly 0.5% of the population of the City of Chico, and approximately 0/19% of the student body at Chico State. The Pacific Islanders' Club is here to represent these individuals and provide them a welcoming place and supportive community to thrive in. We host and participate in cultural events on- and off-campus to increase awareness and create a sense of community for our members.

Why we need donations

Donations are the main source of funding for the Pacific Islanders' Club in our mission to support and promote the Pasifika student population at Chico State. As a relatively underrepresented population on campus, any support is highly appreciated by our executive board and general body members.
